What is Microsoft Outlook?
Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager application developed by Microsoft. It includes an e-mail manager, calendar, contact manager, task manager and notes manager. Microsoft Outlook can be used independently or with Microsoft Exchange Server, which provides capabilities such as shared calendars and contacts. Outlook forms part of Microsoft Office.
Who uses Microsoft Outlook?
Microsoft Outlook is probably the most frequently program in the Microsoft Office suite. It is used by people in all types of businesses to create, send, receive, and view e-mail, create and manage appointments and meetings, and manage contact lists. Though it can be used in homes, most people find it contains more features than necessary for home use.

Because of lack of interest, Microsoft Outlook classes are not scheduled on a regular basis. Private sessions may be scheduled in our classroom or yours. If you wish to attend a public session, please contact Systemetrics to be added to our seminar waiting list. When we have enough students, we will contact you to schedule the session.
Is additional Microsoft Outlook training available?
While we do not offer any other Microsoft Outlook seminars, individual and small group assistance is available through our mentoring services, where our Outlook instructor can assist you with training and development specific to your needs.
